Membership Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.

Registration & Account

• Members must ensure that the details provided during registration are accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username and password). Any unauthorized use should be reported to us immediately.

Membership Fees

• Membership pricing details will be displayed during the registration process.
• Payments are [recurring/one-time] and will be charged based on the selected payment method at the time of sign-up.
• All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Membership Benefits

• Members enjoy exclusive benefits, discounts, and privileges as outlined on our website and communication channels.
• We reserve the right to adjust or update membership benefits and will notify members of any significant changes.

Membership Usage & Redemption

• Pink Membership ($100/month): The complimentary Luminaire One-Tone Hair Colour + Haircut must be redeemed in a single session within the same month.
• Gold Membership ($300/month): The complimentary Luminaire One-Tone Hair Colour + Haircut + Water Spa Classic may be redeemed over two separate sessions within the same month.

Cancellation & Termination

• Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, those on a monthly payment plan must complete a minimum commitment of three (3) months from their original registration date before cancellation can take effect.
• Refunds: No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership fee within the first three months. After this period, billing will automatically stop for subsequent cycles.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership in cases of non-payment, misuse of membership benefits, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Member Conduct

As a member, you agree to use your membership responsibly and solely for its intended purposes. Any actions that disrupt or compromise our services, including unauthorized access to our systems, website, or user data, are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership privileges if any terms are violated.

Data Privacy
